Happy Valentines Day

Hot Lips Tawashi, pattern by Brenda Meyers

Hi all and Happy Valentines, things have been so busy recently I have barely

had time to do much of any thing, but I have managed to complete a few things. Mr. Wobbles the Penguin was made during a LAL over at GettinitPegged

Isn’t he cute! I just love Bethany’s

patterns they are always easy to read and follow.

I have also been doing a little crochet I made this little tape measure cover

It is my own design but basically I just crocheted 2 circles and than single crocheted them together instering the tape measure when it was about halfway together.

I even did a bit of holiday crochet this cute little Amigurumi Heart using a free pattern from Red Heart.

I spent this afternoon loom knitting the Hotlips Tawashi shown at the top of the page.  the pattern is from Brenda Meyers at LoomLore  she has such great loom patterns I love most everything she designs.

I am also working on a pair  of loomknit slippers being taught by Kelly Jones over in Loom Class.  It is a very nice pattern 1 slipper is finished and I am about halfway thru the second.

Thats about all the crafting I have been up to lately. Rob and I celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary yesterday. We went to a wine and fondue tasting at a place called Tempo Vino Winery in downtown Kalamazoo. It was fun and interesting.

Angel, how fun to come over here and see the hot lips Tawashi you were talking about today! You sure whipped it right out and it is adorable! And your little crochet items really, really give me renewed inspiration to learn to crochet 🙂

Thank you Terry, glad I could inspire you.

Wow! You’ve been busy! Somehow I missed that cute little amigurumi heart from Red Heart, but I just popped over and downloaded it. Great job on all those projects, Angel!

Brenda, thank you. I just love the tawashi. The chart was very easy to follow, I tried to leave a comment on your blog, it kept telling me I needed to sign in after I did.

Such wonderful yarnie goodies, Angel! You have been keeping those looms and hooks busy. 🙂 I’m so thrilled that you got to participate in the Mr. Wobbles loom along…it was terrific having you there! Also…happy belated anniversary! 🙂

Thank you Bethany, I really enjoyed the LAL. We had A nice anniversary.
