Hi all, the first week of the year has been very busy! I haven’t had much chance to work on much of anything so far. Today I got some stuff done around the house, have done laundry and worked a bit on my CDA classes that started Thursday. I am also teaching the Bernadine Sweater in Loom Class I plan to cast on mine later this evening. For this one I will be using Wool of the Andes
From Knitpicks in colors hyacinth and lake ice heather, this one will be for Chloe.
A while back I purchased the Martha Stewart Knit and Weave Loom, I haven’t been real impressed with it for knitting the pegs have a tendency to come out of the holes as you knit. This morning someone sent a link to one of my loom groups about weaving a heart with it, the video is by Noreen Crone Findley on her Tottie talks Blog I thought it was so cool I had to give it a try. The video is very well done and I really enjoyed making it. I used Lion Brand Thick and Quick in the color oatmeal. I think it turned out great. What do you think?
I will be making more of these, it was a really quick project. Have a great weekend!
