A few more things from 2010

Posted on: January 4, 2011

I was looking through my pictures and found a few more items from 2010, I guess I accomplished a little more than I thought.

Easter Baskets

These are easter baskets of my own design, I never wrote a pattern for them, all of my grandchildren got one for Easter.

Socks that I knit 2 at a time

I made these on my Kiss sock loom knitting them at the same time.  They ended up a little big for me, so I gave them to Samantha and they fit her perfectly.

Molly's apron

I made this for Molly, I used a needleknit pattern from Frugal Knitting Haus

Travel Tote

This is the pattern that I designed for the Loom Knitting Retreat it can be purchased as part of a booklet from the retreat at KellyKnits

Kiss Kid

I test knit this pattern for Tammy Rodgers Tammy wrote the pattern to be used for Charity Knitting.

The above doll was knit on a slim regular 2way loom and the one below was knit from the same pattern with no changes on a kiss sock loom

Kiss Kid 2

The dolls are now in possession of 2 of my granddaughters

Mini Stockings

I created these little stockings for the Kiss Loom Birthday Party, the pattern is available on the pattern page

Sock Bookmark

The Sock Bookmark was also created for the Kiss Birthday Party, Pattern ison the pattern page

You completed some very nice projects, Angel! The baskets & the dolls are wonderful, but those sock are awesome! I also enjoyed looking around your blog.

Thank you Brenda, the dolls where a lot of fun. The socks turned out good, but did not fit. I’ve just started another pair and this time I used 15 percent negative ease in the calculations and hopefully they will fit the person they are being made for.

With a husband and 5 kids (4 boys and 1 girl) my time has been a lot about food. 3 of the kids has moved out, the 2 youngest (18 and 20) still lives at home. We are swedish but have also lived in Brazil and USA. Almost every morning, year around, I go for a walk in the great outdoors, planning my day.
